TEA VARIETIES IN GIESSBACH

Länggass Tee Bern, Familie Lange AG

Länggass-Tee has existed since 1983. It is located in Bern on Länggassstrasse, from which the tea takes its name. It is a family business.

Selection Grand Hotel:
A selection for restaurants, the aroma unfolds quickly (about 3 minutes) and remains consistently good (about 15-20 minutes) so that the bag does not need to be removed. The tea bag is made from sugarcane and is biodegradable.
Products from the tea plant (Camellia sinensis) contain caffeine, while infusions are caffeine-free.

Assam Halmar

This strong black tea comes from one of the best tea gardens in India and is considered a classic breakfast tea. Its taste is malty and full-bodied, and it pairs well with milk or cream.

Berner Rosen

This fruit and flower tea is a traditional composition from the Bernese farmhouse garden. A balanced mix of apple pieces, hibiscus, rose petals, linden flowers, and nettles, refined with cinnamon, resulting in a slightly sweet infusion.

Edelweiss

A traditional blend from the Swiss Alpine herb garden. Lemon thyme, lemon balm, lady’s mantle, marjoram, edelweiss. Fresh and spicy.

This black tea is enriched with the essential oil of bergamot. It is mild and gently citrusy.

A successful combination of lemongrass, lemon thyme, marigolds, spicy ginger, and sweet apple pieces. A warming and at the same time refreshing tea.

Indian Chai
